Matt and I have been married for 7 wonderful years and have two children. Our son, McClendon is 3 years old and our daughter Kendal was born on March 27. We are so blessed to live in a great community like Lubbock and be surrounded by such great friends and loving family.
We were dismissed from the hospital around noon today. It is so nice to be home. McClendon was very excited for Kendal to be home. He was so sweet to her and wanted to hold her immediately. He even sang his ABCs and Jesus Loves Me to her. What an awesome day. More photos soon.
Mommy dressing Kendal. Gramps came by in his Sunday clothes to see his youngest granddaughter. He also helped haul our stuff down to the car. Thanks Gramps.
This is Andrew Flaniken and Kendal. Andrew was born about an hour before Kendal. The Flanikens are some good friends of ours from church. Andrew may have been born before Kendal, but we got to leave the hospital first. :)
Kendal is 2 days old now. She is doing very good. Rebekah is doing good also. Here are a few more photos from yesterday. Check back daily for more pics.

Kendal was born at 2:07p.m., Friday, March 27, 2009, at Covenant Lakeside in Lubbock, Texas. She is 7lbs 13oz, 21 1/2 inches long. Rebekah is doing good and McClendon is a proud big brother. God is awesome! Thank you all for your prayers. More photos to come later tonight...
I know it's been forever since I've posted anything, but I finally have something blogworthy and the time to post so here goes.
We are going to be able to meet our sweet Kendal on March 27!!! I could not be any more ready and we're so excited to meet our sweet baby girl.
We are the first scheduled induction for that day, so if you're up early...pray early. We will try to post something as soon as we can so just check our blog and we'll share pics and details here. Thanks for all your prayer and support.
